What can I expect from Gamestate? Gamestate is a modern arcade where you use a card to play various games, such as racing, shooting, and ticket games. It focuses on entertainment and competition. You can win tickets and exchange them for prizes. 
Where is the experience located? Right at Zoologischer Garten, in the heart of Berlin’s shopping and entertainment area – just steps away from famous sights, shops, and city buzz!

Is there an age requirement?  Everyone is welcome at Gamestate! However, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. We provide a safe and fun environment for gamers of all ages.
What if the weather is bad? If the weather is bad, it’s not a problem because the venue is indoors.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?  It’s not allowed to bring your own food or drinks to the venue. Next to that obviously no drugs or weapons of any kind.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event? Yes, it’s possible to buy a playcard at the venue.
Where can I get tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Non refundable/exchangeable

Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience? Official tickets for Gamestate can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do? You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
